One van in 2005. Thirty-four hubs today.

Twenty years of running parcels across borders without losing the thread. Here's what the operation looks like from the inside, and why we built it this way.

Our story

The boring parts, on purpose.

We don't sell speed. We sell certainty — that the parcel arrives on the day we said it would.

We sell invisibility. The best parcel is the one you forget about until the doorbell rings — on the day we said it would.

What hasn't changed in twenty years: we believe that a parcel arriving on the day we promised, with the contents intact and the duty paid correctly, is enough. We don't add features for marketing reasons. We don't change the price after the fact. We don't ask you to upgrade your plan.

What has changed: we've built our own broker network in 40+ countries, run a live dispatch console that the whole company can see, and trained a thousand-plus people to answer the phone in 11 seconds. We measure that median weekly. We post the histogram on the wall.

We're not the cheapest. We're not the loudest. We're the courier that doesn't lose your pallet of clinical samples — that's the whole pitch.

Twenty years · four milestones

The shape of two decades.

  1. 2005

    One van, no plan

Founded in a garage in Schiedam. First customer: a wine importer who'd lost three pallets in a year.

  2. 2011

    First foreign hub

Frankfurt opens. We hire our first customs broker. The handshake-driven era ends here.

  3. 2017

    In-house tracking

We retire the third-party platform and ship our own. Live GPS, webhooks, open API by default.

  4. 2024

    Sixth continent live

Sydney opens. 34 hubs total. We hit 20 million parcels delivered. The first van moves to the lobby.

Leadership

The people who'd pick up your call.

Six humans, six time zones — between us, ninety years of moving parcels.
